State Sales Tax:
Since ModifyMyStang.com is based in North Carolina, state law requires that we charge sales tax on orders shipped to customers residing in North Carolina.

To customers residing in states other than North Carolina, please be aware that, if applicable, the taxing authorities in your state may charge you a "use" tax on your out-of-state internet and/or catalog purchases. While it is not the responsibility of ModifyMyStang.com to charge or collect this "use" tax from you at this time, we are alerting our customers regarding this possibility as a courtesy. If you require further information on this issue, we suggest you contact the tax authorities in your state directly.
 
Product Warranty:
Your complete satisfaction is our primary goal. All parts and services offered by ModifyMyStang.com have undergone evaluation to insure the highest level of quality and performance, however, the industry standard is there is no warranty on our products. A warranty may be offered by the manufacturer on select products, and all warranty claims should be directed to manufacturers customer service department.

Damaged/Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact customer service no later than 5 business days of receipt. On a case by case basis, we will cover shipping charges up to a maximum of $12.00 upon our receipt of the defective or mis-delivered item which must be returned fully intact with the original packaging via common carrier that provides package tracking.If there is extensive damage to the carton, refuse the order and contact customer service immediately. Please have your order number available when you contact customer service.

Order Cancellations:
Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons are:

    • Item(s) not available. 
    • Difficulty in processing your payment information. 
    • Cannot ship to address provided. 
    • Duplicate order was placed. 
    • Cancelled due to a customer request.

If your order is cancelled, you will receive an important notice regarding your order via e-mail which will explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items. If you are interested in alternative products, please contact customer service by e-mail or telephone for a recommendation.

Secure Shopping:
We use the industry standard encryption protocol known as Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to keep your order information secure. Our website uses a secure socket for every transaction that you make with ModifyMyStang.com. Should any unauthorized charges appear on your credit card as a result of shopping with ModifyMyStang.com, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with their reporting rules and procedures.

Shipping

Unlike many other web sites that have special rules and lots of fine print, ModifyMyStang.com offers Free ground shipping on most domestic orders shipped within the 48 contiguous states. There is no minimum order amount. ModifyMyStang.com reserves the right to ship smaller / low cost items using a method of our choice. These methods may include UPS, USPS or another common carrier. 

Just because shipping is free doesn't mean it should take a long time. ModifyMyStang.com understands that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly. When you order from our website, you can expect to receive your order within 5 - 7 business days. Please keep in mind, these are SHIPPING TRANSIT TIMES, not delivery times. Should you require your order faster, we offer expedited shipping methods at low, competitive rates.

 

Return Policy
Returns will only be accepted within 15 days of the customer receiving the product, and ONLY if a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number has been issued. ModifyMyStang reserves the right to refuse any package returned to us without authorization. All returns must be brand new and in their original, unopened packaging. Returns will be processed within ten (10) business days of receipt (not including weekends, holidays, and the day the package is delivered). Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges unless they receive an incorrect (we shipped the wrong product) or defective item. Any fees billed by the carrier for returned products will not be covered by ModifyMyStang.com & will be billed to the customer or deducted from total refund. All returns are subject to a restocking fee.

Special-order painted items are not eligible for return or exchange at ModifyMyStang.

All tire returns are subject to inspection. Tire returns will only be accepted within 15 days of the customer receiving the product. All tires must be BRAND NEW, NEVER MOUNTED. Once tires have been mounted, they are no longer eligible for return.
